A: I needed motivation after fruitless years in gyms!

A: I would recommend NeoGym very highly as is does get honest and constant results, through a consistent and focused program designed for each member separately.

A: That enthusiasm off the trainers which keeps me focused.

A: The changes I've received true my attendance at NeoGym surprised me with the numerous positive benefits I have noticed in my daily life.

Q: What have your results been since you started?

A: Increased energy in my daily life, Weight loss and toning to my body.

Q: Further thoughts about your journey, everyday examples of how your new improved fitness levels have impacted your life:

A: I am a self-employed electrician and have developed a positive mental attitude along with an energetic energy which has enabled me to successfully beat the recession.

  • Week 1: 3 x Personal Training sessions 1 to 1 (30 mins)
  • Week 2: 3 x Group Personal Training (max 4 people) – 30 mins
  • Week 3: 3 x Group Personal Training – 30 mins
  • Week 4: 3 x Group Personal Training – 30 mins
From then onwards: 3 x Group Personal training sessions per week – 30 mins, in addition to further assessments to monitor your progress and ensure we are doing all we can to help you reach your goal.
