Q: What made you decide to join NeoGym?

A: To build up strength in muscles. Surgery on knees and dislocated shoulder left weakness and pain in both areas.

A: Go to NeoGym. The program is designed to suit the individual and it works.

Q: How has this improved your life so far?

A: Lots more energy. No pain.

Q: What have your results been since you started?

A: I can bend both knees without any difficulty. Core strength has improved 100%. Gone from a size 12 to a size 8 without losing any weight. Toned up.

  • Week 1: 3 x Personal Training sessions 1 to 1 (30 mins)
  • Week 2: 3 x Group Personal Training (max 4 people) – 30 mins
  • Week 3: 3 x Group Personal Training – 30 mins
  • Week 4: 3 x Group Personal Training – 30 mins
From then onwards: 3 x Group Personal training sessions per week – 30 mins, in addition to further assessments to monitor your progress and ensure we are doing all we can to help you reach your goal.
