Q: Would you recommend NeoGym and if so why?

A: YES I would. If you want quick results over a short period of time yet don’t have hours to spend in the gym and want trainers who know their stuff, then this is the gym for you!

Q: What is your favourite aspect of being a NeoGym?

A: One to one training and the attention to detail that you receive from the trainers while working out. Also I really love the nutritional programme that I am on.

Q: What advice would you give someone wanting to make a change to their fitness?

A: Come to NeoGym! Its never easy starting any fitness programme so you really have to make a decision that you want to do it. I think after 2/3 weeks you will start to enjoy the workouts a lot more. It’s a lifestyle change and one for the better.

Q: What made you decide to join NeoGym?

A: My main reason was to loose weight and shape up, in general a lifestyle change.

Q: What have your results been since you started?

A: I have lost 4kg of fat, gained muscle tone and feel a lot fitter than I was before starting in NeoGym.

Q: How has this improved your life so far?

A: My digestive system is a lot better due to the nutritional programme that was made out for me. I also have a lot more energy in general.

GYM TRAINING Includes: 1 to 1 in depth assessment (body, nutrition & lifestyle analysis) Nutrition Plan
  • Week 1: 3 x Personal Training sessions 1 to 1 (30 mins)
  • Week 2: 3 x Group Personal Training (max 4 people) – 30 mins
  • Week 3: 3 x Group Personal Training – 30 mins
  • Week 4: 3 x Group Personal Training – 30 mins
From then onwards: 3 x Group Personal training sessions per week – 30 mins, in addition to further assessments to monitor your progress and ensure we are doing all we can to help you reach your goal.
