A: One to one training and the attention to detail that you receive from the trainers while working out. Also I really love the nutritional programme that I am on.
A: Come to NeoGym! Its never easy starting any fitness programme so you really have to make a decision that you want to do it. I think after 2/3 weeks you will start to enjoy the workouts a lot more. It’s a lifestyle change and one for the better.
A: My main reason was to loose weight and shape up, in general a lifestyle change.
A: I have lost 4kg of fat, gained muscle tone and feel a lot fitter than I was before starting in NeoGym.
A: My digestive system is a lot better due to the nutritional programme that was made out for me. I also have a lot more energy in general.

- Week 1: 3 x Personal Training sessions 1 to 1 (30 mins)
- Week 2: 3 x Group Personal Training (max 4 people) – 30 mins
- Week 3: 3 x Group Personal Training – 30 mins
- Week 4: 3 x Group Personal Training – 30 mins
