Q: Why did you decide to join NeoGym?

A: Pregnancy recovery - I decided to join NeoGym as I had back and hip pain during pregnancy and I was advised to return to exercise by my physiotherapist to help recover after the birth of my daughter.

Q: Would you recommend NeoGym and if so why?

A: Without a doubt. Being guided by the knowledgeable and talented NeoGym staff is a highly effective way of getting results. Indeed, I have recommended NeoGym to friends who have exceeded their expectations since joining.

Q: What is your favourite aspect of being a NeoGym member?

A: One of my favourite aspects is the effectiveness, both in terms of rapid results in a few weeks and what little time I needed to spend in the gym to achieve this with quick 30 minute workouts so I had plenty of time to spend with my new baby.rnA hugely importantly aspect is the sheer level of attention with personal fine tuning of workouts completely tailored to my post pregnancy needs and abilities. The trainers really looked after me, making sure I was doing the right exercises for me and doing them safely, while also making the experience overall FUN.rn

Q: Would you recommend NeoGym and if so why?

A: No matter what fitness level you are, you will be able to make all the changes you want in the NeoGym and more rapidly than you think. You’ll be happy you took this time to look after yourself.

Q: Further thoughts about your journey, everyday examples of how your new improved fitness levels have impacted your life:

A: Thanks to NeoGym, I have all the energy and strength I need as a working mum – from chasing my exuberant tot around the place, to being motivated and focused in work.

Q: What have your results been since you started?

A: My muscles were weakened in the months prior to starting in NeoGym because of lack of movement due to the back and hip pain during pregnancy. Since I started at the NeoGym four months after having a baby, my core strength has rapidly returned, I feel more energetic and the pain has gone. Also my nutrition has vastly improved.

Q: How has this improved your life so far?

A: I am surprised at just how much energy I have now, this is especially important for being the busy working mum that I am. I no longer need to visit a physiotherapist. As my diet has improved, this has led to a knock on effect of my family eating healthier as well. Although I joined NeoGym to get back to normal after pregnancy, I am now stronger, healthier and in the best shape of my life.
